  4. Right now the patch sounds kind of like a buzzy sawtooth with a long-envelope wet filter sweep thing... sample-and-hold applied to the filter frequency when you turn up the mod wheel. But I'm not totally happy with it yet... still working on tweaking the patch.

    There have been enough "matrixsynth" named patches... it would be cool to collect audio examples of them somewhere. Maybe make a Matrixsynth theme song using nothing but those patches. Who's up for the challenge? haha

  5. We can do it by parts... someone start with a Matrix Bass or Matrix Lead then whoever wana add on adds on... But a couple of rules to start with: 1) No copyrights issue (ie all sounds created are original, and all sounds uploaded are "public ownership" - we don't wan MAtrix to be going through another court threat); 2) No presets used.. must be all created "matrixsynth patch"...

    How's that? Maybe Matrix can put up a post on "MATRIXSYNTH "DIT" MUSIC"

    DIT=Do-It-Together

    :D

  6. Thanks Amos. What's bizarre is you just described one of my favorite patches. Buzzy sawtooth and long release times.

    Regarding the Matrix DIT Music, if anyone sends me an mp3 of their "Matrisynth" patch, I'll put it up. If people are interested, I'm sure it'll start coming in.
