  2. Yeah, I read about those government initiatives in a book called 'Rock and Popular Music: Politics, Policies, Institutions (Culture: Policy & Politics)'

    I think they took the idea from a European model.

    Kinda worked in the end for Sheffield, there was a boom in club tourism in the mid to late nineties in Sheffield, Gatecrasher etc.

    Geek mode off now. I just did it in a uni project.
