To reduce spam, comments for posts older than one week are not displayed until approved, usually same day. Do not insult people. For items for sale, do not ask if it is still available. Check the auction link and search for the item. Auctions are from various sellers and expire over time. Posts remain for the pics and historical purposes. This site is meant to be a daily snapshot of some of what was out there in the world of synths.

This pad is so fucking awesome, that if I were a girl, I'd have 27 consecutive multiple orgasms. ^_^
ReplyDeletei've always been curious - is there a difference in sonic quality between the rack XT and the XTk as ridiculous as the mQ and the Q? (the Q sounding way better than the mQ) ... any difference at all?
ReplyDeleteNone at all. The MicroQ has different algorithms for the oscillators and filters, despite claims to the contrary. I wouldn't be surprised if the DACs on the Q are better as well.
ReplyDeleteTheres a tremendous difference between the sound of the DACs on my Q+ and XTk though. The XTk is pumping out a MUCH hotter signal at a slightly lower bitrate (20 bits on the XTk 30, 24bits on the Q+).
Thanks for the kind comments by the way :)
