  1. That is the sexiest thing ever.
    I want to marry it.

Allegedly only 4 were made. One was in Da Capo Music in Melbourne for quite some time through to the late 80s.

The GS1/GS2 service doesn't say anything about the programmer. It has details of the card reader, though. But, nothing about the codes needed.

  2. this entry needs a "HOLY SHIT" label.

i mean, if you're going to have "SYNTH BABES" you might as well have "HOLY SHIT" as well.

  3. Yeah well, there would be quite a few post right in between that would just create too much conflict as too what deserves the label followed by a bit of havoc and confusion. Now there is a WTF label, but there is a very specific rule for that one.

  4. I want to see that switched on. :D

Its kind of interesting the GS1 is a beautiful piece of cabinetwork and its programmer is so "utilitarian"...kind of an odd couple when placed next to each other.

  5. My friend had one for a short time, and there was one at Dr. Sound in NYC for a little bit. "Beautiful piece of cabinetwork" is probably the best thing anyone can say about that instrument. Then again, where would the ending credits for Bladerunner be without Vangelis plinking through its presets through a mile of reverb in the fadeout?
