Homemade 555 Synthesizer

YouTube via sycmuzak
"My homemade 555 timer synthesizer. I made it in about 2 hours from 2 555 timers, 4 capacitors, 1 resistor and 3 potentiometers. Schematic can be made available if demand is high enough. This is one of my first 555 timer projects, and I'm a high school sophomore, so feedback is appreciated."

Update: Schematic via the comments and updated description on Youtube: http://img168.imageshack.us/my.php?im...

  7. Does anyone know what those resistors and pots really are? I built this, and after some tweaking got it to work, but I used a 100k potentiometer, and for the resistor a 47k potentiometer (acts as a threshold dial) and a very low value resistor, I believe 150 ohms.

Help would be appreciated, I'd like to build this properly again instead of just getting lucky.
