  4. I don't really get when companies talk about samplers and software and they're like "it sounds really good"
you put whatever-fuck samples in it you want, it's not like it makes it's own sound. Though I dunno, I don't make music with computers.

  5. You know, I have a great idea.
This thang-company should disband and donate all the money to Roger Linn and DSI, so they could finish Linndrum II. That would be great and mpc-killer. I'm serious, think about it. Please. Would you?

  8. Regarding the new post that links here for comments: Well I really wanted to Photoshop what Beat Thang would look like on a tablet. But I thought what a waste of time to market someone elses product. So use your imagination of a bunch of buttons that plays over heard samples and drum loops. Think of buttons that play them overly torrented bass lines and orchestral hits. Think of having your home boy recording over them saying "Nigga" a thousand times. Think of that same homeboy who would hate it if I said "Nigga" because I am white. Oh and think of clothes for your software. You and your software must be color coordinated for your private jam session between you and your bro in your mothers basement. Its slick blue and gray camo look would go great with that blue and gray camo hoodie you overly pad for because it was made by *insert overly priced brand name that you need to wear to make music here*. Oh am I wrong for mentioning how its only aimed at that rap/hip-hop crowd? Nah, Beat Kangz themselves told me it was aimed exclusively at that group a month ago in the comments of this very site.

Seriously, you have a possibly good product on your hands. Fire your marketing staff because they are not stopping on making you look like a joke. I wish my company was totally cool with me making them look like ass hates with with Speak and Spell for a life support.

  9. Ready for the hardware, the software is actually pretty dope, the workflow is nice...it still needs a few kinks worked out but they did a good job.

Folks will always have something negative to say about anyone trying to do something different...but bottom line is they are actually doing something, not just sitting around talking about it.

I think it's good for the consumer because we will get a new indy company, and then we will most likely get the larger companies coming out with their own versions...I'm speaking hardware...a lil competition never hurt anyone
