Included in these pics is a captioned pic of Charlotte the cat revealing a common misnomer about the little cs-o1 "analogue" synth. (perhaps you could post on your fine MATRIXSYNTH site)
About 5 years ago I came across a site that retro-fitted all older mono analogue synths with MIDI, but noticed that the CS-01 was not on their list.
So I emailed them and asked if they could MIDI retrofit my CS-01 and how much it would cost, they responded saying "first I would have to get it modified with Gates an CV's, because the CS-01's VCO was actually a DCO."The cost would have been about $250, so I passed.
Now I see that Highlyliquid will MIDI retrofit a CS-01 without the need for gates or cv's for less than $50.
