"Blacet Binary Zone is providing clock to the 4MS clock multipler. The first sound you hear is the MFOS rotary sequencer going to a Blue Lantern Black Jack VCO though a Polivoks filter, then the EHX Memory Boy Delay. TipTop Z8000 sequencer 4 vertical rows are receiving different 4ms clocks and going to 4 channels of the Synthesizers.com Quantizer modules to 4 Synthesizers.com VCOs through the Mattson VC Mixer, then finally to the STG Mankato Filter. The Z8000 16 steps are going to a COTK quantizer, then to MOOG Taurus III CV in. Finally 4 horizontal z8000 steps are going to the Hordijk OSC HRM through a Synthesizers.com filter also being fed Pink noise. All quantizers are set to Minor/scale & LOTS of LFOs are Here & There............... "

"The SAS-4 is a 4 voice polyphonic virtualization analog synthesizer for iPad.

I think that I can enjoy the atmosphere of an analog synthesizer 30 years ago.

The layout on the panel of the SAS-4 images the Oberheim OB-Xa. However, the output tone is the one that is original SAS-4 different from the OB-Xa."

"SAS-5A/SAS-2A has the basic functions of a traditional polyphonic Analog Synthesizer is realized on the iPad. 5 voice (SAS-2A is 2 voice) can sound simultaneously.

SAS-5A/SAS-2A panel is an image with Oberheim OB-Xa. If, OB-X if you have an operation, the operation is easy. But the sound is separate from the output."

The difference between SAS-2A and SAS-5A is presence in the number of pronunciations and Delay Effect."

Moog Modular Vintage Analog Synthesizer 1969 (LA) For Sale

via Craigslist

"Here is your once in a life time chance to own a vintage Moog Modular. If you are looking at this I probably don't need to tell you about the history of Moog and the importance these early modulars had on the impact of music. This is THE classic vintage analog synthesizer. This Moog modular is all original, and was made in 1969! All modules have close serial numbers, with matching stamped manufacture date from March 6th, 1969. It has been well preserved over the years and is in excellent shape for a 40+ year old instrument. This synth is fully functional and has recently been restored and fully serviced, including a recap, touching up the keyboard for perfect triggering, with replaced bushing for smoother action, and a cleaning of all pots and jacks. Cosmetically it is in great shape too, the only major issue is the rear a small piece of wood was cut away to tuck the keyboard cables under. You aren't likely to find another one from this year in such all original and nice condition!

Even includes the original keyboard.

Price is $35,000

Serious buyers only. Please reply with phone number. Cash preferred, may possibly be interested in a partial trade for other high end synthesizers (Arp 2500, 2600, EMS AKS Synthi VCS3, Buchla) or high end recording equipment (Neumann microphones, u47 u67 preamps, compressors)
See pictures below. More pictures are available per request. This synth is actually located in SF, but for a serious buyer I can deliver it to LA.
You are welcome to come test it out in person. We can ship it, but all money must clear before shipment. Skype demos are available if you are not local. I recommend that you better come hear it in person though, once you start patching and playing with this you won't want to give it up!"

"Some of the modules included, all dated from March 6th, 1969, are:

901 Voltage Controlled Oscillator
901-A x2 Oscillator Controller
901-B x5 Oscillator
902 x2 Voltage Controlled Amplifier
903 White Sound Source

Vintage Serge Modular Stolen From Bard College

This one in via Daniel

"my alma mater, bard college, just had a devastating theft. someone broke into the electronic music studio and ripped a panel out of their 4 panel Serge Modular. I spent two years learning about electronic music on this very instrument. The loss of the panel is utterly detrimental to the system—this was the panel which had all the filters and slope generators on it.

THIS IS A CUSTOM PANEL. if you see/find anything like it, it's probably that very one.

a list of the modules in the missing panel: (L to R)

Variable Slope FIlter
Dual Universal Slope Generator
Resonant Equalizer
C/M (control module)
dual preamp/envelope follower
Dual Universal Slope Generator (2nd)"

Chroma Enabler Available for Order

via Randel:

"I'm writing to let you know that I'm accepting orders for a production run of Enablers - my 96 knob physical controller for the CC+ equipped Rhodes Chroma

Photos and video are available at the following links:

http://enabler.redshift-consulting.com/

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFS7jhMdfMw
[video below]

The price is $2,600 US, plus shipping, and orders will require an $800 US deposit. I anticipate a production time of approximately 6 months from the receipt of a deposit to the shipment of your Enabler.

Because each Enabler is hand crafted, there are a few opportunities for customization - I'm currently making the outer case from Bubinga for a customer, and I can vary the dimensions and finish of the case to attempt to match those of your Chroma. Also, I can customize the startup screen to display (nearly) any text that you wish.

Also, because each Enabler is hand crafted, there might be slight imperfections and variations in the casework, and in the operating system code; currently the LCD can become unresponsive after many hours of continuous use, but it's operation is restored after a power cycle.

Shipping and insurance is expensive. I'll work with domestic and international customers to determine the best way to get your Enabler to you.

If you're interested, please let me know, and send a deposit via PayPal [link]

I'm always happy to answer questions.

Thanks!

-Randel"
