Moog Minimoog Voyager 10th Anniversary Gold Edition in Ash White Case

"Minimoog voyager 10th anniversary gold edition. This Moog is an enigma…please read on to uncover the details. Here’s what I know. What it is: The electronics are the 10th anniversary gold plated edition. Everything about it indicates that is the case. It has the lighted blue logo on the back and all the earmarkings of the gold plated edition released in 2012. What I don’t know: Why is it in a white ash case? Never seen another like it. Usually, the synth came in a dark case with an anniversary plaque. I have tried to obtain information from Moog but didn’t get far. The synth has a Moog serial number plate on the case however Moog was unable to provide any additional information. The unit functions beautifully and it’s super clean. Comes with custom heavy duty cover. I do not have any paperwork (manual etc.) nor do I have the original box.Includes an AC cord."

"I have been noodling away on the guitar for quite a while now. Looking for new inspiration and musical insights. Doing this I sort of neglecting the synthesizers. I barely touched them since our last Beyond Berlin concert on E-Day in April 2023. In Januari I bought the Behringer Victor module and came up with this music. Last Thursday I switched the synths on again and the music was still in the Cirklon. I added some bits and recorded the music. What you see is the second take because in the first take the Minimoog solo's were not good enough.
It starts with a sequence on the Behringer Victor. Then the bass from the Synthesizers.com modular comes in. After that sequences from the Rob Hordijk OSC HRM, Oberheim SEM, Verbos Harmonic Oscillator, Korg Opsix and DSI Mopho are added. Strings are from the Waldorf Q Keyboard and the solo's from the Moog Minimoog."

"Patch on a Moog Source with assistance from Synthesizers.com 106 Oscillator. Patch makes use of a couple strange bugs my Source has. Glide makes the pitch drop very low at a certain amount and lfo rate is effected by the buttons when it's at higher rates."

"This Moog Satellite is fully functional and in excellent condition.

The Satellite is a lesser known monophonic[3] analog synthesizer that was manufactured by Moog Music from 1973 to 1979[4] in response to the ARP Pro Soloist.[5] It had one VCO. It was designed for use with any organ or sound system. The American company Thomas Organ bought the license to build it.[6] The case is made out of wood."

Serial #19 of 35 systems released worldwide.

Includes walnut finish Moog 953 Duophonic Keyboard. System 35 reissue units hand built by Moog to precisely recreate the original 1973 system. Synth and keyboard are essentially flawless. Small scratch on the side of the keyboard (included in last picture), but otherwise hardly noticeable.

From Moog:

Three years of research and design has culminated in Moog Music recommencing the manufacturing of a limited number of Moog System 35 modular synthesizers. Using all of the original documentation, as well as the original circuit board and art files, Moog engineers have hand-built true recreations of the original instruments based on their 1973 factory specifications.

Each individual module is hand-stuffed and the components are hand-soldered to circuit boards using traditional wiring methods. Each module is then finished with a photo-etched aluminum panel, and placed in its new modular instrument.

"Moog described the Satellite like this:

An electronic music synthesizer is disclosed in which the sound producing chain includes a voltage-controlled oscillator, band-pass filter, low-pass filter, and amplifier in which selected control currents are supplied to low impedance points within the synthesizer circuit from a resistor matrix.

The synthesizer produces sounds approximating different acoustic musical instruments or having different tonal qualities by the application of a predetermined voltage to one of fifteen input columns of the resistor matrix with selected other columns being grounded. The currents provided by the resistor matrix in combination with other externally generated currents control the center frequency and bandwidth of the band-pass filter, the cutoff frequency of the low-pass filter, the gain of the voltage-controlled amplifier, the time constants of transient contour currents used to control the filters and amplifier, and the waveform produced by the voltage-controlled oscillator.

Specialized keyboard, waveshaping, contour generating and modulating circuits are also provided."

Moog Sonic Six Analog Synthesizer w/ Custom Knobs

"The Moog Sonic Six is a 2-VCO duophonic synthesizer with a built-in speaker and a 4-octave, 49-note (C-C) keyboard. Each VCO can output sawtooth, triangle, and rectangle (pulse/square) waveforms as well as 2 "waveform generators." A "quality" knob adjusts the width of the rectangular waveform. White or pink noise is also available. The Sonic Six can be set for 3 keyboard modes; high note priority, low note priority, or duophonic. The Sonic Six can also be set to an alternate tuning across the keyboard (different interval between octaves of the keyboard). Portamento rate is controlled by a knob. The envelope section features a basic envelope, with variable control for attack and decay and a switchable release (follows decay) and sustain. It had a single VCF, low-pass voltage controlled filter. Two multimode LFOs are available. Their speed is independently variable and can be controlled by the envelope."
