Soft, mellow keys. Woozy emotive synths. Dirty, imperfect leads. These sounds are super fun to play.

Gear used: Casio VL1, SK1, MT70, MT18, CT201, CT301 and a sneaky little Yamaha PS3 bass sound. Multiple cassette decks and cassette types. Also, the odd modulation pedals for a little extra mojo. Tracked through 1073 and 501 pre-amps and a valve mixer.

Includes non-cassette versions of each instrument if you want pure vintage home keyboard sounds.

The packs come with patches for Kontakt, Logic Pro, Ableton Live and TAL-Sampler. The Kontakt version has an excellent user interface script.

Every sampler has a different sound and character. So each format will differ slightly from the others. The raw sounds, however, all sound the same in each format. Bear this in mind when listening to the audio demos."

The first is called Toy Record Sounds. It was created using a toy record maker manufactured by a Japanese toy company called Gakken. Designed by Yuri Suzuki, it makes small plastic records. Very, very Lofi and super fun.

Intially this synth was going to be part of Fatso Synths Vol 2. However it became obvious early on that this synth, through the UBK Fatso, deserved its own product... I'm proud to present The FatJuno-6!"
Regarding the H3500:
"I have sampled two patches from the H3500 through the UBK Fatso. It was necessary to do 4 round robin layers for each note sampled as the sound changes each time you hit a note. So the result is kind of organic, albeit in a electronic way..."

"PPG Wave 2.2 with midi installed. System software is V8.3. Includes custom dust cover and a custom wooden box for shipping. In great condition for its age, some minor scratches. Professionally serviced recently. Also, in 2016 I got it fully restored by a tech who specializes in PPGs. He installed the keyboard upgrade kit, replaced the battery, replaced lots of caps, including the power supply one, tuned the voice boards, and tested everything.

This PPG Wave 2.2 was used to make Goldbaby's BlueWave sample pack. Check out the pack by visiting the Goldbaby website."

"It’s not a small calculator, it’s a huge drum machine! The PO32 is the amazing collaboration between Teenage Engineering and Sonic Charge. A hardware drum machine that, when paired with it’s older brother the legendary software MicroTonic, can create almost unlimited drum sounds. Once loaded on the PO32 these sounds are raw, punchy and have a unique character all their own!

At first I was developing a sample pack based on a collection of mini hardware drum machines. However it soon became apparent that the PO32 deserved it’s own pack!

775 x 24 bit wav samples including drums, FX and even a few synth and bass sounds. All recorded through various studio hardware in the Goldbaby studio: UBK Fatso, ez1073-500 Pre & EQ, Fat Bustard II Valve mixer, Elektron Analog Heat, Strymon Deco, EM-PEQ Pultec style EQ. I even recorded a few of the sounds directly from the tiny PO32 speaker.

With kits and patches for: NI Maschine, Ableton Live, Geist, Battery, Kontakt, Logic EXS24 and Reason.

Also as a little bonus for those who own the Micro Tonic software I have included some of the patches I created while developing this sample pack."
