Tense Tents - The Feast
YouTube via ZonkOut. Chad Yasmine
I asked ZonkOut what was making the drone and what synth that was. He replied:
"There is only guitar (through an old EHX Muff Fuzz) in the Feast video, the rest is Sequential Pro-One. Everything is pretty much live. I used a loop pedal (Akai Headrush) to make the rhythms and repeating lines on the Pro-One and then played on top while shooting the video. I have been doing the looped Pro-One rhythms for Low Red Center lately, but there aren't any videos of that up yet. Thanks for asking and keep up the great work on your blog."
Udpate via ZonkOut in the comments:
"Clarification (in case anyone was confused):
I didn't mean that there was nothing but guitar in the vid--just that between the two Tense Tents videos, the only one w/ guitar is the Feast video. In the Feast, the drums are looped Pro-One and there is some Pro-One drone at the beginning and end.
The other video (using only Pro-One):

Paia 3790 Stereo Chord EGG
YouTube via ZonkOut. via ZonkOut in the comments of this post.
"The EGG plugs into any stereo Amplifier to create soothing flowing environmental sound textures - and through headphones it's incredible. The chords and notes EXIST in your mind, they pan and swell and phase their way through your psyche in unpredictable patterns, never repeating.
The combination of LSI organ technology with synthesizer type processing and digital randomizing/control elements make the EGG an altogether intriguing package from either technological or metaphysical viewpoints."

"Beamer here (from the Beamer Wall http://matrixsynth.blogspot.com/2007/10/3aaasp-flickr-set-via-zonkout.html)
I've been working on a sequencer project for a while and I got some good footage of my good friend Scott Hansen from Tycho (http://tychomusic.com/) and ISO50 (http://iso50.com/) playing with it.
And some photos:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/beamercola/sets/72157604225735849/
It's based off of the Arduino right now.
The first row is your standard note assignment The second row is velocity (turned off in this video) The third row is measure based global transposition
The next extension I'll be doing is pots on both sides of each row allowing you to trim the left or right side of the sequence.
Thanks for all your hard work on the blog!
Beamer"
Thank you!

Yamaha CS15
images via this auction
"This thing is basically TWO synths in one. Each synth has its own oscillator, filter, envelope, and VCA. You can sequence one and play the other by hand, or sequence both individually to get two simultaneous melodic lines with distinct sounds. Both synths have their own CV and trigger inputs. Additionally, the CS-15 has an external input that triggers one of the envelopes, which means that this synth becomes an amazing effects processor. One can get a creamy filtered distortion on guitar, or mutate vocals with an LFO, or get envelope-following filter sounds on drum machine.
Here is a video I made with this very CS-15 and the Frostwave sequencer I am selling in another auction."
