Elektron Poster Art via ben (shoontz) shannon Illustrator

via the man that brought us this awesome post. Don't miss the rest of Ben's art on http://www.shoontz.com.

On the top two posters:
"The lady in the lake one was likening the Monomachine to Excalibur, the 2001 poster kind of speaks for itself, and the girl riding the Monomachine was half my idea and half Daniel's request (I actually cried when I heard he died) [For those that do not know, Daniel Hansson was the man behind Elektron and passed away at the young age of 32 on August 19th of 2007].

Each of the samurai represents a sound engine, and that the woman is the FX section/Monomachine itself, (the only thing powerful enough to command them). A futuristic master for classic power.

I've actually got a picture that Zombi Nation sent me of the posters hanging in his studio too! I wish I could share it, but it might be a violation of our friendship."
