  1. Good God..you'd think that pod could just fly to the new location with everything remaining intact.

  4. Relax, folks. Other than a Fairlight, I saw no synths in the list. It looks like he is cleaning house and keeping the classic synths.

  5. Move out... dont mess around... move out... you bring me down

  6. I wonder how much of it will end up in the US?

According to one of the auction descriptions, he's selling the gear because he's moving his studio to the US and "it needs 240v to work and the USA's electrical supply is 110v."

Umm... this isn't a tough nut to crack, guy. Geez, a quality regulating step-up transformer would be a much easier and cheaper solution than auctioning off all your gear and replacing it.

Unless he really just wants new gear. I'm going to pistol whip the next guy who says "shenanigans".

  7. I think the teletubies kicked him out.

  8. He's selling a ton of crap. Every other word is Behringer.

  9. It amazes me that no one can figure out how to wire 240V in a US home studio. It's not rocket science. There's already 240V at the panel for your electric stove, dryer, or water heater. In fact, it's trivial to rewire a 120V circuit for 240V at the panel. All you need is a new breaker and new outlets.

  10. Gear sounds better at 240 volt anyway
All your gear belong to us!

  11. Most gear is much cheaper in the US than what he'll get from selling it in Europe. No extra shipping costs will make this a winner.
