  1. Bravo
Wish you could bring your kt down to the Electro-Music 2008 Festival in Kingsport this August... many of us would love to chat with you and ask what you've discovered with your newest equipment !

  2. Thanks! I wish I could make it down to Electro-Music this year - I was intending to do so, until it got moved to Tennessee. Not that I have anything against Tennessee, but it's just too far a drive for me and the gear - Philly would have been feasible, but not Tennessee. Another time, I hope.

  3. Hey nice! What plugins where used to create the eye candy? The music goes very well with the visuals.

  4. The source plugin is aeFlame:

running in After Effects. After much testing and tweaking, I rendered several layers of Flame output, then composited them in After Effects with transfer modes and some distortion filters to get the final result.

It's a slow plugin - all those layers took probably a month to render on a Mac G5 - but it does beautiful things.

  5. I think the music on this piece is very strong, as is most of your work, and I think the visual forms are very representative of the tone of the piece, however I think it could use more experimentation with color correction to achieve a lush pallete that corresponds more to the tone of the lush muted yet shiny synth parts.

Id love to have a stab at color correcting it. Also you might dig some of my pieces, as I have some very similar ones. www.axiom-crux.net

You might like internal reflection, and chaos parabola, as well as universal flow.
