Luftrum 27 - Patches for MatrixBrute

"Here's a playhrough of 38 patches from Luftrum 27 for Arturia MatrixBrute. A classic soundset in the vein of previous Luftrum numbered releases, it fuses retro analog colors with cutting edge modern timbres.

This was recorded during the course of the day, so you'll see the transformation as it gradually gets darker with the approach of evening. All sounds in the vid are straight out of the MatrixBrute, with no additional effects or external processing of any kind. Apologies for the shallow depth of field.

Totaling 80 presets by Luftrum, this set provides a well rounded mix of timeless analog emulations, as well as esoteric explorations. Think Retro 80s meets Downtempo Ambient, takes a quick dip in 90's Acid and Detroit House, and finishes with a stroll through Berlin School. Expressive sync leads, 80s inspired synthpop keys, glistening arpeggios, warm paraphonic pads, berlin-school sequences, mixed with drones, cinematic duo-split compositions, percussive loops and more.

Inspiration was drawn from synth legends such as Kraftwerk, Giorgio Moroder, Vince Clarke, Klaus Schulze, Royksopp, Le Matos, Sinioia Caves and Disasterpeace to name a few. As always, patches are volume balanced with assignments for all four macro controls plus modwheel, velocity and aftertouch.

Additionally, the preset library has been expanded with 50 new pads by Luftrum, bringing the total to over 530 pads to inspire your musical creations. The new version also adds a highly requested sync option to the dual Replika delay effects, allowing you to create even more dynamic and spatial sounds.

Luftkraft is a soundset containing 82 Kraftwerk inspired synth patches for U-He Diva. The patches are made by Luftrum who have replicated several iconic and notable sounds and created a handful of new ones which Kraftwerk never knew existed! The result is a carefully created selection of patches, ranging from famed synth leads to resonant zap drums, recognizable basses and sound effects to panned synth pads and electronic drums.

Luftkraft is fully NKS compatible. It includes tagged NKS presets, NKS audio previews and comes sorted in a Luftkraft subbank, separating them from other Diva presets.

While being replicated as accurately as possible, these are freely inspired synth emulations, recreated by ear. The patches may not at all have the same synth settings as their original counterpart.

Field recordings merge together in a sonic kaleidoscope of found sound cinematics - from underscoring pads to drones, pulses and textures.

Bioscape is a Kontakt instrument that is based on field recordings and found sounds to create musical content, this gives you an unpolished, raw and organic dimension to your production. "Luftrum 23 for Pigments 2 is an ambient cinematic soundbank for the film scoring space traveller and the electronic producer, containing 100 presets plus 22 FX presets, for the reverb and delay effects.

The set is created by Luftrum and taking the sounds back-to-basics in the vein of early Luftrum releases with rich pads, silky Vangelis-like keys, bitcrushed yet mellow synth leads, underscoring textures and conceptual granular work with sonics originating from space itself - like the dusty, mesmerizing granular pad Stillness of Stars sculpted out of a short snippet of otherworldly frequencies from Voyager 2 as it passed through the outer magnetosphere in 1979 and the pulsing drone based on the cryptic FRB signals from deep space billions of light-years away, which are intercepted, noise reduced and timestretched 350 times.

The soundbank is designed to evoke emotions and raise questions about the depths of space and time, journeys to the unknown, life and existence and the symbiosis between the tiny pale blue dot we call Earth and the vast eternal universe, with inspirations drawn from artists like Biosphere, Jonn Serrie, Vangelis, Carbon Based Lifeforms, Stellardrone, Ascendant and Steve Roach.

All presets got a few dB headroom, have modwheel assigned and aftertouch where it gave meaning. The soundbank is NKS ready, contains NKS presets and audio previews for users of Native Instruments hardware. There’s a PDF guide included, describing how to install the set.

"First sounds of Lunaris, a demo of some of the presets included. Lunaris ships with over 200 pad presets. Estimated release Q2 2017.

Lunaris is a 5GB Kontakt instrument containing pads only from cinematic underscoring pads to classic analog pads over rhythmic pad to deep ambient pads and any pads in between. Lunaris contains 100 multisampled 24bit pad sources (1/3 of those are Luftrum pads from the Prophet-6) and 100 overtone topping layers of field recordings, synth transients and synth soundscapes that can be combined and mixed via the four layers in Lunaris, to create and sculpt the perfect pad structure.

Shape the sound with the Time Stop knob, that freezes the pad in time and space or further tweak it with the two new innovative features as the Flux Motion that generates slow random motion to the filter, amplitude and panning and the Filter Split that intelligently sort the active filters in different bands, to prevent muddiness and clashing of frequencies. Eurorack - Mutable Instruments Clouds

"Demo of Clouds. Granular texture synthesizer by Mutable Instruments for the Eurorack modular.

First part are two different samples processed in normal granular mode.

Second part is a real-time processing of the CS80 wave from Braids receiving pitch from K4815 and going through Make Noise Echophon. In this second part, Clouds are in bonus mode number four (also called Spectral Madness) which is a developer left-over extra feature that you enter by pressing and holding the audio quality / blending mode button for five seconds. Note, the extra modes are not supported by the developer, but still amazing extra's.

There are four modes in Clouds in addition to mode number 1 which is the default granular engine.

1. Default granular processing.
2. Pitch and time stretcher.
3. Looping delay mode.
4. Spectral madness.
