"Mono Lancet ’15 might be small-sized device, despite it is a bona fide analogue synthesizer.
Two oscillators and a noise generator are the foundation for its sound. Together with the musical lowpass filter and VCA it’s capable of producing warm and precious sounds full of character.

Beside its audio qualities Mono Lancet ’15 has a dead simple and intuitive user interface. Each parameter has its own control. We are absolutely convinced that you will quickly learn how to realize your sounds with Mono Lancet ’15 without thinking about what you do.

Expandable with Modular Dock
Mono Lancet ’15’s functionality can even be enhanced using the optional Modular Dock eurorack module. It offers various in- and out-connections to the individual sections of the synthesizer. With just a few additional modules you can multiply the strong sound base of Mono Lancet ’15.

Mono Lancet ’15 is manufactured in our Elektroakustischen Manufaktur in historical Vogtland. For us it is not only a piece of high-quality analogue technology but rather a musical instrument, handmade with love and passion."

"1 x Vermona Mono Lancet Synthesizer
1 x Modular dock with d-sub connecter
1 x Original Power supply
1 x Original user manual
3 x Patch leads

The Modular dock I have made connects via the 25pin sub-D connector on the rear of the Mono Lancet. It extends the possibilities of the synthesizer enormously through numerous inputs and outputs for control voltages and audio signals. PWM and filter input are just two of them.

Sad to see this wonderful combo go, but bills must be paid. The dock really opens up the palette of this synth, it can get really weird ;)Thanks for looking."

"True greatness comes from within! The Mono Lancet is a compact synthesizer with a big sound, with an uncomplicated user interface and lots of charm.

Oscillators

Two analogue oscillators ensure a solid sound foundation. Oscillator one creates triangle-, sawtooth- and square waves and can be set one octave lower than the second oscillator. The latter produces white noise instead of the triangle wave.
The pulse width can be modulated via the modulation wheel (MIDI) and/or an external control voltage source (see “Extension”). The glide generator has a legato mode or (alternatively) can remain permanently active.

Filter

The voltage controlled lowpass filter has a slope of 24db per octave. On high resonance settings it self-oscillates, producing a stable sine wave that can be played in a range of about 2 ½ octaves. Using MIDI the cutoff frequency can be controlled by velocity and/or aftertouch.

Amplifier

There’s a strong VCA inside the Mono Lancet that can be modulated by the ADSR or a fixed organ-like envelope. On demand it can additionally respond to velocity.

Modulation

The classical ADSR envelope generator can modulate the VCO- and VCF frequency and the VCA. The LFO offers rectangle and triangle as well as sample & hold and is a modulation source for VCF and VCO.

Extension

There’s a 25pin sub-D connector on the rear of the Mono Lancet. The optional “Mono Lancet Modular Dock” widens the potential of the synthesizer enormously through numerous in- and outputs for control voltages and audio signals. PWM and filter inputs are just two of these."

Vermona, Jomox, Arturia - Quick Jam

Published on Apr 18, 2019 Kraft Music

"Shop exclusive Vermon, Jomox and Arturia BUNDLES at Kraft Music: https://www.kraftmusic.com/synthesize...

We thought it'd be fun to combine a Vermona DRM1MKIII, with a Mono Lancet '15 running through a Jomox T-Resonator II, all sequenced by an Arturia Beatstep Pro!

Got a request or an idea for a Combination you'd like to see in a quick jam? Be sure to let us know in the comments!

Vermona DRM1 MKIII is a true analog drum synthesizer, and it's worth pointing out to those unfamiliar that it has no onboard sequencer or patch memory: trigger it via MIDI and tweak all the sound controls in real time via its 72 knobs. Different drum types offer a different range of controls, from the FM parameters present on its three multipurpose DRUM channels to the onboard reverb and noise generator available to the SNARE and CLAP channels to the low pass filter on the SNARE and the two CYMBAL channels.
https://www.kraftmusic.com/brands/ver...

The Vermona Mono Lancet '15 is a monophonic analog desktop synthesizer module with two oscillators, a 24 dB/octave lowpass filter, envelope generator, and LFO section with 6 waveforms (versus 3 on the original Mono Lancet). Mono Lancet '15's knob-per-function interface provides intuitive control over its warm, characterful analog sound. In addition, Mono Lancet '15 is expandable via the separate Modular Dock eurorack module.
https://www.kraftmusic.com/brands/ver...

The T-Resonator is something like an M-Resonator + Digital Delay. But you can select 8 different delay algorithms, each with different delays and different feedbacks and modulate them even with an LFO. Delays reach from less than a millisecond to 1 second, range and structure is depending on the algorithm. The delay feedback comes across the analog filters, of course. You can create gaining analog echoes, "klingon parties" by extremely feedbacked wave guide algorithm and much more. By the analog feedback everything sounds organic. The screaming analog feedbacks can delay themselves and thereby form new sound patterns.

The Arturia BeatStep Pro controller & sequencer is designed as both a powerful hands-on hardware sequencing environment and pad / trigger controller. With two fully independent sequencers, an additional drum sequencer, and the ability to record real-time or use the step buttons for a classic drum machine workflow, BeatStep Pro is one impressive step sequencer. A built-in looper, randomizer, and swing settings offer numerous performance possibilities. BeatStep Pro's controller mode lets you launch clips in a DAW, play drum sounds in a module, and more. Whether you need to connect to MIDI, USB, CV/gate, or DIN sync gear, BeatStep Pro delivers total creative control.

Vermona Filter Lancet Multimode Desktop Filter

Note: Auction links are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.

via this auction

"Filter Lancet is a compact but versatile stand-alone multimode filter for your desktop. It's the right weapon against static sound and boredom and made for any kind of audio signal.

Filter Section

The filter section itself has three modes: low-pass, high-pass and band-pass. The last one works with a slope of 12dB per octave whereas low- and high-pass are 24dB filters.
You can give the filter some extra punch with the Balls knob, known from Kick Lancet. It pushes low and high frequencies of the signal before being filtered. And of course the resonance is self-oscillating.
Other than the filter section of Mono Lancet, Filter Lancet is not based on (Moog-) cascade circuitry. It was inspired by the filters of the VERMONA M.A.R.S. respectively DAF-1 and Action Filter.

Modulation

Without modulation Filter Lanced would still be a good filter but kind of boring. So it is equipped with a LFO, an envelope generator, an envelope follower and a CV/pedal input.

The LFO has two frequency ranges and goes up to 250Hz - that's fast. At low frequencies the LFO can be re-triggered by gate- or audio signals. It has sample & hold and five waveforms: saw up and saw down, square, sine and triangle.

The envelope generator can be triggered by the input signal or an additional audio signal as well as by a gate voltage. If triggering it via gate it works as an attack-sustain-release envelope. With audio triggers its mode is attack-decay.

The envelope follower transforms the contour of the input signal into control voltages that can serve as modulation source.

LFO modulation intensity can be set separately from modulation intensity of envelope generator and envelope follower on the VCF- as well as on the VCA section.

Drive

Filter Lancet features a drive circuit right in the input section to add subtle shades of overdrive up to solid distortions.

Filter Lancet is packed with useful features. It's a great and powerful addition to any synthesizer including Mono Lancet - with or without Modular Dock. But Filter Lancet also is designed for stringed instruments. It creates standard effects like WahWah and tremolo with ease and even adds a palette of extraordinary sounds to any effect repertoire."

Vermona Mono Lancet Breakout Box Analog CV Patchbay

Note: Auction links are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.

via this auction

"The box plugs into the Sub-D connection socket on the back of the synth and allows connections to be made to the synths parameters via control voltage. This allows interactions with other synths and soundmodules, for example the Arturia Microbrute's patchbay or a Eurorack modular synth. As well as the CV inputs and outputs the box also includes independent audio outs for the two oscillators and a dedicated noise output.

The patchbay offers many of the same functions as the official modular dock and although it omits a few (For example external audio cannot be routed through the filter with this patchbay) it does offer LFO and envelope outputs which the official modular dock does not.

The patchbay is handmade using high quality components and has been thoroughly tested. It is sold as new but does have a few light scratches on the case which occurred during construction. They are very faint and only show up in bright light.

The patchbay comes with the necessary connection cable built in.

PLEASE NOTE this is a listing for the PATCHBAY ONLY. You need to buy the Vermona Mono Lancet separately."
